This Pink Bourbon varietal selection lot was produced at Joconte Estate in Lempira, Honduras by Adrian Castro and his family. Having invested years is learning about high quality coffee production and cultivating relationships within his community, Adrian is  a sought-after expert and leader throughout Lempira.

Bright red fruits and apple sweetness make this a very enjoyable cup. Beautiful, particularly as an espresso or immersion brew, we recommend resting this coffee for at least three weeks off roast before brewing to maximize complexity and vibrance.
