La Union Decaf

This Colombia from Nariño is a regional blend comprised of coffee sourced from many smallholder producers that deliver to a regional collection center. As demand for high quality lots from the very high elevation growing areas in Nariño skyrocketed in recent years our importer La Baia's export partner Carcafe has made a significant investment into additional purchasing points to help smallholder producers gain access to more lucrative specialty markets.  

At High Beam we love decaf and treat it with the same high level of care and intention as the rest of our menu. We find this decaf to have a delicate, cantatory sweetness, balanced with vibrant clementine. A lovely treat that can be enjoyed throughout the day without consequence!
