This washed Guji is produced by Tibe Haro Wachu Washing Station, a project of our importer La Baia's export partner Tracon. Tracon's processing center leverages state of the art equipment and resources to ensure that the each coffee is capable of expressing all of the complexity and beauty within.
Tibe Haro is a village in the Uraga district of the Guji Zone. Sitting at some of the highest elevations in Ethiopia (2000 - 2300masl), this village produces spectacularly complex coffee layered with violet florals and stone fruit. This is a roastery favorite, showing beautifully as delicate hand brew or fluid, high-yield espresso.
